Man I loveeeee me some dibellas. I've eaten here a million times. Best thing on the menu is the cheesesteak 100%. The best cheesesteak in town. I like to throw lettuce, tomato, pickles, and black olives on mine. Also, make sure you get it with mayo AND their secret oil stuff....so good. Overall, great place. Great vibes. Staff is super friendly. I love you dibellas.

I like going to DiBella's. Their food is always fresh and the service is very good. Usually the overhead music is from the forties which gives you a old shop feel, but today, they were playing more up-to date music. No big deal, just something I noticed. The shop is always clean and I enjoy eating inside or outside when the weather permits. So if you are looking for a change of pace and very good subs, please give DiBella's a try!

DiBella's Subs is a casual restaurant chain that began over 100 years ago, and today it has dozens of locations across several states. The restaurants have an interior design that resembles delicatessens from the 1930s and 1940s. Menu items include submarine sandwiches (e.g., salami, ham, turkey, corned beef, tuna, roast beef, capicola, chicken, cheesesteak, meatball, and veggie), salads (e.g., antipasto, turkey club, chicken caesar, buffalo chicken, and garden), sides (e.g., pasta salad and potato chips), and cookies (e.g., chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin). I have been a customer of this DiBella's Subs in the North Hills of Pittsburgh many times. I think that this restaurant has some of the best subs in the area. Today my husband bought two subs and two sides for our lunch. His "Old-fashioned" sub contained turkey, ham, and salami for meats, and he described this sub as "very good." My "Turkey" sub obviously contained turkey but also other ingredients such as lettuce, tomato, and cheese. I thought that the ingredients were very fresh. We also enjoyed our sides of macaroni salad and potato salad.

Established in 1918, this subs place is not one to miss. As a family member described it, it's like Jersey Mike's on steroids and fresher. You come in, pick a hot or cold sun or make your own. Size options are 7, 10, and 14 inch on a variety of breads. There's lots of toppings and condiments to pick from; something for everyone indeed. You pay after ordering and then wait for them to call out your number. The service was friendly and this is a great place for a casual lunch with family or friends. It's open seating, so find a booth or table and enjoy!
